Opening the Doors of Hope Gala
“And, who ever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.”

Hope Hollow, located in Madison County, sponsored a Doors of Hope Gala February 6, showcasing the facility which serves children and adults with special needs.
Hope Hollow dedicated a door inside the day camp in honor of the members of the Ridgeland Chamber of Commerce for raising over $3,500 during Make A Difference Day 2009.
The funds will be used to install a lift type elevator so that children in wheelchairs can reach the top floor.
Mississippi artist Joy McAllister of Just Joy Art in Jackson, designed and painted the front and back of the door.
The inscription on the front door, beneath the army of volunteers, reminds those who enter, “And, who ever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.”
