Ridgeland Chamber Celebrates
16th Anniversary
With Country Music Star John Anderson & Awards Program

Ridgeland Chamber members celebrated the Chamber’s 16th Anniversary with an Awards Banquet headlining Grammy Award winning country superstar John Anderson, January 25 at the Hilton Jackson & Convention Center.
Themed “John Anderson Unplugged in Ridgeland,” the show featured the star’s chart topping country music hits, “Swingin’,” “Seminole Wind”, “Straight Tequila Night”, “Wild & Blue”, and “Money in the Bank”.
The banquet also included a performance by Ben Shaw and the Ben Shaw Band.
Some 400 business leaders and city officials packed the Hilton’s ballroom, celebrating Ridgeland’s economic growth and development during 2009 and honoring volunteers for their dedicated service to the Chamber and City.
2009 Ridgeland Chamber President Chip Sarver of Mad Genius, Inc. passed the gavel to 2010 President Scott Shoemaker of Shoemaker Homes. Ridgeland Chamber volunteers were honored for their contributions to the Chamber and the City of Ridgeland.
